I hope to build relationships that people can use to grow from whatever point they are in their life, and any age. I have 30 years of experience on the job and a bit more with life. I believe trust is key in any relationship, and especially the trust people have in themselves. I use some talk and hope to incorporate experiential activities if useful. Life is messy, people are messy, and that part is okay. If it’s too dirty, let’s figure that out together.

I am passionate about being outdoors and climate change, being as thankful and joyful for as much of life as possible, and giving back. I accept most insurances and work primarily with children, families and adults. I am available for appointments on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 8 am-5 pm, Friday10 am-5 pm.
